We deliver across Sweden and to selected countries within the EU. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over SEK 499.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your orders once they are shipped. You will receive a tracking link or number once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at admin@glitzea.com if you need to change or cancel an order. Once it has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
First, check your tracking information if available. If your parcel appears delayed or missing, contact us and we'll help investigate.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the item and packaging and email them to us along with your order number. We'll investigate and help find a solution.
Can I exchange an item for another one?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your original purchase according to our return policy and place a new order.
